Woodley Saints Tournament - Terms and Conditions


Teams entering our annual tournament do so under the following terms and conditions:

•    Entry is limited to teams from clubs that are affiliated to their local FA
•    All players in a team must be current members of that team’s club
•    No more than two Academy or Centre of Excellence players may play in any team
•    Teams will generally be accepted on a first-come-first served basis, but we reserve the right to refuse entry
•    Teams who have their application accepted will be required to make full payment by 31st March or within 10 days, whichever is the later
•    Teams who don’t pay their entry fee by the due date may have their entry invitation withdrawn
•    Teams who make full payment, but later withdraw from the tournament, will be reimbursed if their withdrawal is notified to us by 10th May.
•    Teams who withdraw from the tournament after 10th May will not be reimbursed
•    If any competition in the tournament is cancelled or curtailed due to circumstances out of our control, teams will not be entitled to reimbursement.
•    When accepting our invitation to play in the tournament, team managers will be asked to confirm that they accept the above terms and conditions.
