Woodley Saints Development Centre
Premier Sport is proud to announce their new and exciting partnership with Woodley Saints Football Club. Premier Sport will now be running Woodley Saints long standing Development Centre for children aged between 5 and 6 years old.
At the Development Centre, children will have the opportunity to learn all the basics of football such as passing, control, shooting and game awareness. All the sessions are run in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere so children can make new friends and create a ‘team spirit’.
Premier Sport is the largest coaching company of its kind teaching in over 1,300 primary schools nationwide to more than 100,000 children weekly. This gives us a vast amount of knowledge and experience when it comes to sport coaching. All our coaches come with valid CRB checks, emergency first aid qualifications, child protection certificates and also are extremely highly qualified with many years of experience. We have ambassadors such as Lord Seb Coe, Lawrence Dallaglio, Duncan Goodhew and Wendy Sly who believe the Premier Team are making a vast improvement to the standard of coaching for children aged between 4 and 12 years old. Woodley Saints are a FA Community Status Club, the highest attainable level in grass roots football, and are recognised by the FA for providing an exceptional quality of football for all ages. They run teams for around 360 boys and girls from U7s to U16s and senior football for both men and women, all playing in leagues locally. All teams are run by FA qualified coaches who have been FA CRB checked and hold child protection and first aid qualifications. Woodley Saints are affiliated to Berkshire County Sports & Social Club and have use of their Club House, changing rooms and thirty two acres of playing facilities including a floodlit “All Weather” surface for winter training. We are offering all children a completely free session on Sunday 6th September at 11am at Berkshire County Sports & Social Club,
The development centre will begin on Saturday 12th September 9am until 10am at Berkshire County Sports & Social Club. We will run the course over a 6 week block until Saturday 17th October which will cost £21. There will be an opportunity to extend until Christmas.
