Woodley Saints FC

Woodley Saints Kites u10s (Year 5 in September) are looking for 1 to 2 new players to join them for next season commencing in September 2009. Players will need to be of a similar standard to the current players and be able to train on Wednesdays and attend matches on Saturday mornings.

Woodley Saints are holding their 2009 Golf Day on September 9th at Sherfield Oaks Golf Club.

Tickets cost £55 which includes 27 holes of golf, Lunch & Dinner.

Woodley Saints Kites U6's are looking for current Year 1 boys and girls to join their team in preparation for next year at U7. The team will be playing on Sunday mornings, indoors as the Madjeski Dome (so parents will never get wet!!), in the South Chiltern Minor League.  Players of any ability are welcome. Congratulations to two Woodley Saints teams who have won league titles; The girls U15 Angels team won their league by 11 points and the U16s won the East Berks Division2 League, going the season undefeated.

Congratulations to the Woodley Saints U17 Lions who completed the 2nd half of the league and cup double this weekend by winning the East Berks Cup. This also ensured they finished the season with a 100% record in all competitions, an impressive record!!

Woodley Saints U17 Pumas ensured a Saints 1-2 in the league by finishing runners up.

Woodley Saints U9 Hawks recently had a Training session with Reading FC's Julian Kelly which was featured in Readings Match programme against Barnsley

Woodley Saints U10 Lions are progressing from 7 a side to 11 a side next season and are looking for current Year 5 boys  to join their team. Players will be coached by two experienced FA level 1 coaches to get them to Division 1 standard. See The Lions Page for More Details

Congratulations to Woodley Saints Ladies who won the title last weekend after a 3-0 win over Headington Athletic. 

Saints currently boast a 100% record in the Thames Valley League and League cup since the team was formed at the beginning of the 07/08 season.
